Salvia is a song by BE:FIRST from their split CD single Sarracenia / Salvia with SKY-HI releasing on August 30, 2023. It serves as the ending theme song for Season 2 Part 2 of hit anime series Baki Hanma streaming on Netflix.

Background and Release

On June 15, 2023 it was announced SKY-HI will provide the opening theme song Sarracenia, and BE:FIRST the ending theme Salvia, for anime series Baki Hanma. The songs will be used for the Season 2 Part 2 story arc, "The Strongest Father Vs. Son Fight Saga," premiering August 24 on Netflix.

For BE:FIRST's' Salvia, SKY-HI wrote from the point of view of the son character, Baki Hanma. "The lyrics are filled with an insatiable yearning for strength, and the seven members sing and rap expressively depicting their feelings in the song in seven different ways. The melancholic but edgy track is an emotional song produced by the chemical reaction of the three elements."

A no-credit version of the anime's ending will be released on August 17, followed by the digital release of the anime sized version of the song on August 18.

The full version of the song was finally digitally released on August 30 along with an instrumental.
