SOBER ROCK -Remix- is the remix version Novel Core's first major single SOBER ROCK featuring SKY-HI. It was released on January 18, 2021 and was later included as a bonus track on his first major album A GREAT FOOL.

Background and release[]

On January 18, 2021, as a surprise for his 20th birthday, Novel Core released the remix version of his major debut single SOBER ROCK now featuring SKY-HI.
"The song contains a life-sized message of a 19-year-old who is determined to go straight on the path he believes in without getting caught up in anything. This emotional remix of the song, full of teenage vibes appropriate for such a major debut, contains the passionate message that SKY-HI sends to Novel Core as the owner of BMSG and as a comrade who is working toward the same goal."[1]
The same day he held his Novel Core 20th Birthday Live where they performed the song for the first time and premiered an incomplete version of the music video.
The finished video was later released on January 25 and depicted his journey with SKY-HI from his debut as the first artist of BMSG to the present.
