Place of Mellow Vol.2 was the second edition of Place of Mellow, an event completely organized by Aile The Shota, this time taking place in Kansai. It was held at OSAKA BIG CAT on April 7, 2023.
Along with Aile The Shota, singer Mukai Taichi and beatmaker illmore were featured artists.

Shota said of the event:
- "You are invited to the sweetest and happiest time at Osaka BIGCAT. This will be the second Place of Mellow," where we will connect a Mellow space with two of my favorite people whom I respect and admire. Please come and join us for a special night that you won't find anywhere else."[1]
In addition to the featured performers, KenT of R&B/Soul band Soulflex appeared as a guest and producer A.G.O DJed. Ma-Nu of Soulflex was also originally scheduled to appear as a guest but unfortunately was unable to make it to the event.
