Fujii Naoko (藤井直子, born August 23, 2005), known professionally as NAOKO (ナオコ), is a Japanese singer and dancer signed to Japanese management company BMSG under the B-RAVE section as a member of girl group HANA, formed through the audition show No No Girls.
Prior to joining BMSG, NAOKO trained at Avex Artist Academy Osaka and the avex dancemaster program.

NAOKO started dancing at 7 years old, singing at 15, and rapping at 17[1]. She trained at Avex Artist Academy Osaka and was also a part of the avex dancemaster program, through which she was a member of the dance crews KANSAI ALL STARZ (6th generation) in 2018[2] and Shorty!! (7th generation) in 2022-2023[3].
2024[]
NAOKO auditioned for No No Girls with "Karma" by Queen Naija. During the 2nd round, she sang CHANMINA's "^_^" and danced to CHANMINA's "Picky".
In the 3rd round, she was placed in Team C (BURNINC GIRLS) with AIKA, AKARI, ASHA and MOMOKA and performed "Heaven's Drive" by (sic)boy, KM feat. vividboooy.
In the 4th round, she sang "Never Let Go" by Utada Hikaru for the vocal test and was placed in Team F with FUMINO and SAYAKA, with whom she performed and later released B.
In the 5th round, she was placed in Team B (Showy.) with JEWEL, JISOO, KOHARU, KOKOA, MAHINA and MOMO, with whom she performed NG and Tiger.
In the 6th and final round, NAOKO performed CHANMINA's "^_^" as a solo, and was placed in Team B with FUMINO, KOKONA, MOMOKA and CHIKA, with whom she performed Drop.
2025[]
On January 11, NAOKO was chosen as a member of HANA. The group released its pre-debut single, Drop, on January 31, and will make its major debut in Spring 2025.
