MAHINA (マヒナ, born March 25, 2009) is a Japanese singer and dancer signed to Japanese management company BMSG under the B-RAVE section as a member of girl group HANA, formed through the audition show No No Girls.

MAHINA started dancing at 5 years old[1] and had no singing or rapping experience prior to auditioning for No No Girls.
2024[]
MAHINA auditioned for No No Girls with "Harenchi" by CHANMINA. During the 2nd round, she sang Aimer's "Kataomoi" and danced to CHANMINA's "B-Kyuu".
In the 3rd round, she was placed in Team D (Maru de Zasssou) with KOKOA, SAYAKA, KOHARU and REI and performed "Honnou" by Sheena Ringo. After this performance, MAHINA was initially eliminated, but she was given a second chance in the form of a "3.5 Additional Screening" that took place around 2 months after the 3rd round, where she was tasked with rapping. At this extra screening, MAHINA performed "UCHIRA" by Rei©hi, and successfully passed the evaluation, thus re-joining the audition.
In the 4th round, she was placed in Team D with ASHA and CHIKA, with whom she performed and later released GET OUT.
In the 5th round, she was placed in Team B (Showy.) with JEWEL, NAOKO, JISOO, KOKOA, KOHARU and MOMO, with whom she performed NG and Tiger.
In the 6th and final round, MAHINA performed CHANMINA's "Hanabi" as a solo, and was placed in Team A with YURI, JISOO, KOKO and KOHARU, with whom she performed Drop.
2025[]
On January 11, MAHINA was chosen as a member of HANA. The group released its pre-debut single, Drop, on January 31, and will make its major debut in Spring 2025.

Name Meaning
MAHINA is named after the Hawaiian goddess of the moon, and "mahina" also means "moon" in Hawaiian [2].

Education
When MAHINA auditioned for No No Girls, she was in her 3rd year of middle school.
