Lee Jisoo (Korean: 이지수; Japanese: イ・ジス, born September 8, 2000 in Incheon, South Korea), known professionally as JISOO (ジス), is a Korean singer and dancer signed to Japanese management company BMSG under the B-RAVE section as a member of girl group HANA, formed through the audition show No No Girls. She made her debut with the group with "ROSE" in April 2025.
Prior to joining BMSG, JISOO trained at YG Entertainment.

JISOO joined YG Entertainment as a trainee when she was 17 years old, and she stayed with them for 2 years. During the first year, she trained in singing, dancing, and rapping, but after that period it was determined that she would train to be a soloist instead of a girl group member, so she didn't receive any more rapping or dancing lessons, which capped her experience in both disciplines at just 1 year[1]. After leaving YG, JISOO tried auditioning for other companies, but didn't pass any auditions. Despite this, she continued to take singing lessons[1].
2024[]
JISOO auditioned for No No Girls with "3am" by Halsey. During the 2nd round, she sang Sheena Ringo's "Marunouchi Sadistic" and danced to CHANMINA's "^_^".
In the 3rd round, she was placed in Team B (Black Panther) with KOKO, KOKONA, CHIKA and FUKA and performed "BLACK DIAMOND" by DOUBLE & Amuro Namie.
In the 4th round, she sang "Odoriko" by Vaundy for the vocal test and was placed in Team E with STELLA and MOMOKA, with whom she performed and later released 1,2,3.
In the 5th round, she was placed in Team B (Showy.) with JEWEL, NAOKO, KOHARU, KOKOA, MAHINA and MOMO, with whom she performed NG and Tiger.
In the 6th and final round, JISOO performed CHANMINA's "I'm Not OK" as a solo, and was placed in Team A with YURI, KOHARU, KOKO and MAHINA, with whom she performed Drop.
2025[]
On January 11, JISOO was chosen as a member of HANA, although she had to sit out some activities or participate remotely in others due to her work visa being in progress. The group released its pre-debut single, Drop, on January 31, and made its major debut with "ROSE" on April 23.
