Happy Boss Day is a song by SKY-HI and the third track of his album THE DEBUT. As the lead track off the albun, it was given a digital pre-release on December 5, 2022 ahead of the album's release on December 12.

The title is a triple play on words.

  • As CEO of BMSG, SKY-HI is commonly rereferred to as "社長" (Shachou; President) or "Boss."
  • The album is releasing on December 12, which is SKY-HI's birthday.
  • The Japanese pronunciation of "birthday" is バースデー (baasudee) which sounds like "Boss Day" in English.
