Brave Generation is a song by BE:FIRST. It is the third track in their second single Bye-Good-Bye and the track #11 in their first album BE:1. It was pre-released digitally on January 31, 2022.
It was used as the theme song for the JAPAN FM LEAGUE joint campaign FOR THE NEXT 2022.
On March 14, 2022, the BMSG solo artists released a remix version of the song, Brave Generation -BMSG United Remix-.

BE:FIRST promoting Brave Generation

On January 12, 2022, the final day of BE:FIRST's fan meeting -Hello My BESTY-, the group announced their second single would be released in spring.
Shortly after, on January 17, it was announced BE:FIRST were selected as the tie-up artists for the JAPAN FM LEAGUE joint campaign FOR THE NEXT 2022 and would be providing the theme song with a track from their upcoming single.[1]
The song's title Brave Generation was revealed on the group's J-WAVE radio show BE:FIRST no SPARK, where it also aired for the first time. Penned by Novel Core and SKY-HI, it is an uplifting song that strives to push and inspire the young generation to move forward despite struggling in the uncertain times ahead.[2]
The song is set to an alternative track with distorted guitar riffs and electronic synth sounds by producer KM, who has produced hits for a number of notable artists. The melody was written by Novel Core and BMSG CEO SKY-HI, who are of the same generation and have lived through the same era, and is an emotional fight song sung by BE:FIRST, who overcame various hardships in this era to seize "now".
On January 31, it was released as a digital single and lyric video.
On February 20 it reached #1 on top radio station, J-WAVE's, weekly TOKIO HOT 100 chart where it spent four consecutive weeks.
On March 14, 2022, SKY-HI, Novel Core, Aile The Shota and edhiii boi released the Brave Generation -BMSG United Remix- - a new, more emotional version with their own lyrics.
