Blissful is a song by BE:FIRST. It is the lead song and fifteenth track on their second album 2:BE. It was released digitally on August 12, 2024 ahead of the album's CD release on August 28.

Background and Release

On July 29 2024, BE:FIRST announced the lead track of their upcoming album 2:BE would be released on August 12.

"Blissful is a celebration of life so far. BE:FIRST has made an impact on the world with their hard-hitting tracks in the past, but with this song they have changed their look completely.

Over a simple and comfortable track with a mid-2000s hip-hop flavor by ZEN, the group sings about how hard, rough, and tough the journey has been, and how worthwhile it is to be able to celebrate their successes with friends who have been through it all, and with whom nothing has changed.

With the development of social media and the acceleration of communities that incite division, it has become commonplace to scorn, belittle, and kick one another down in modern society. In this song, BE:FIRST's "attainment" shines with the preciousness of not "self-love," but "selves-love," in which people improve themselves and recognize each other without comparing themselves to others."

The song was used for a commercial tie-up with mobile service provider ahamo.

The music video was shot on location in New York City.
