B-RAVE is a division of Japanese management company BMSG in charge of managing their female talent. It was founded in April 2024 by SKY-HI, who serves as director.
The division is not an independent company or subsidiary (as it does not have legal standing) nor a label, but a management department that plays an organizational role within BMSG's structure and has its own staff dedicated solely to the artists under B-RAVE[1][2].
This division will manage all prospective female artists that join the company in the future[2].
